BLUSH BEAUTY PASS 

    Terms and Conditions

    Membership Term
    Your membership commences on the date of purchase and continues until cancelled by you or by Blush Bar in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

    Membership Hold
    A membership may be placed on hold for a maximum of one (1) month, once per calendar year, with prior written consent. Please allow 14 days’ notice by emailing info@blushbar.com.au.

    Payments
    3.1 All membership fees are debited monthly in advance via your nominated payment method.
    3.2 If the scheduled debit day falls on a non-business day, the debit may be processed on the next business day.
    3.3 It is your responsibility to ensure sufficient funds are available.
    3.4 If a payment fails, you may incur:
    a) fees or interest from your financial institution; and
    b) any fees charged to us by your financial institution.
    3.5 You must ensure the failed payment is rectified promptly to maintain active membership status.
    3.6 We may cancel your membership if two (2) or more debit attempts are returned unpaid.

    Confidentiality
    All customer and payment details are held securely and managed in accordance with Blush Bar’s Privacy Policy. Information will only be disclosed as required by law or to administer your membership.

    Hair Extensions Policy
    5.1 Members with hair extensions must be enrolled in the “Blow-Me-Out with Extensions” Membership.
    5.2 Members who select “The Ultimate Membership” may incur additional charges depending on the thickness and length of extensions.

    Booking & Availability
    6.1 While all reasonable efforts will be made to accommodate preferred booking times, no specific time is guaranteed.
    6.2 Advance booking is recommended to ensure availability.
    6.3 Blush Bar reserves the right not to trade on public holidays and may limit Sunday bookings.
    6.4 Appointments booked on Sundays or public holidays incur a $35 surcharge per visit.

    Cancellation & No-Show Policy
    7.1 Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a late cancellation fee.
    7.2 If you fail to attend an appointment without notice (“No-Show”), the full service credit will be forfeited or a No-Show fee may be charged.
    7.3 You authorise Blush Bar to debit late cancellation or No-Show fees from your nominated payment method.
    7.4 No compensation, refund or membership extension applies for missed or cancelled appointments.

    Non-Transferability
    Memberships are personal to the member and cannot be transferred or used by any other person.

    Minimum Term Requirements
    9.1 Blow-Me Beauty Pass, Weekly Blow & Go Pass and Ultimate Beauty Pass require a minimum six (6) month term.
    9.2 Colour Memberships require a minimum twelve (12) month term.

    Membership Cancellation
    10.1 A minimum of thirty (30) days’ notice is required to cancel a membership.
    10.2 All cancellation requests must be submitted via the Cancellation Request Form at: https://blushbar.com.au/pages/blush-beauty-pass
    10.3 A team member will contact you to confirm final details.
    10.4 Where cancellation is requested within the minimum term:
    a) All unused credits are forfeited; and
    b) Any used credits will be recalculated at full retail value and the difference charged as a payout fee.
    10.5 Where cancellation is requested after the minimum term:
    a) Any unused credits may be redeemed within one (1) month of cancellation date.
    10.6 Blush Bar reserves the right to cancel memberships at any time. Thirty (30) days’ notice will be provided.

    Ultimate Membership – Inclusions & Fair Use
    11.1 The Ultimate Membership includes unlimited hair, makeup and beauty services* plus:
    a) Four (4) Cut + Blowouts per calendar year; and
    b) Four (4) Enzyme Facials OR four (4) Dermaplane Facials per calendar year,
    with a maximum of one (1) of each service per quarter.
    11.2 Unlimited services are subject to fair and reasonable personal use. Bookings deemed excessive or impacting availability for other members may be limited, rescheduled, or declined at Blush Bar’s discretion.

    *For clarity, “unlimited” refers to reasonable and fair personal use only.
    Blush Bar reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time with notice to members.
