BLUSH BAR B.POINTS REWARDS PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS

By joining and participating in the Blush Bar B.Points Rewards Program ("Program"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Earning Points

  • Members will earn 1 B.Point for every $1 AUD spent on eligible services and products at participating Blush Bar locations.

  • Points are calculated on the total transaction amount, excluding any discounts, vouchers, or gift card redemptions.

  • Points may take up to 48 hours to appear in your account.

  • Points are awarded once appointment invoice is closed, not at time of booking.
  • Rebooking bonus points are only applicable in appointment is rebooked within 24 hours of service completion. 

2. Redeeming Points

  • A minimum balance of 250 B.Points is required to begin redeeming rewards.

  • 100 B. Points has a redeemable value of $1 AUS.

  • Payment of invoice using B.Points can equal up to 50% of invoice total. 

  • Points can be redeemed on full-priced services and retail products only.

  • Points cannot be redeemed for alcoholic beverages.

  • Points cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, vouchers, or offers.

3. Exclusions & Limitations

  • Points cannot be transferred, exchanged, gifted, or sold to another member or individual.

  • Points do not hold cash value and are not redeemable for cash or credit.

  • Bonus points (e.g., for referrals or birthdays) may be offered at Blush Group’s discretion and can be altered, paused, or discontinued at any time.

4. Expiry & Account Activity

  • All B.Points earned will expire 12 months from the date of issue unless redeemed earlier.

  • You can check your B. Points Reward balance at any participating Blush Bar salon, the Blush Bar App or your Blush Bar online account. 

  • Blush Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to adjust points in the event of cancellations, refunds, or system errors.

5. Program Changes

  • Blush Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the Program, or update these terms, at any time without prior notice.

  • Members will be notified of significant changes via email or at www.blushbar.com.au.
