Yes! We can either travel to you (travel fee applicable) for 3 or more hair and makeup services, or you are invited in salon.

A non-refundable booking fee of $150 is required to secure your booking

Final invoice will be emailed one week prior to wedding date for direct deposit transfer or credit card payment (2.6% surcharge).

Yes! We offer a touchup service in between ceremony and reception for touchups at an additional cost based on availability

Yes. We will be able to advise at the time of booking if requested artist is available

The bridal touchup kit includes a pressed powder, lipliner, lipstick and a mini hairspray.

Every effort is made to ensure the same trial artist/stylist is available for your wedding date, but if any unforeseen circumstances arise your detailed trial notes will be accessed by your wedding day artist/stylist to ensure the same look is achieved.

False eyelashes are not included in the cost of the makeup and are an additional charge.

Please note in some circumstances we can offer Saturday trial appointments, but we do reserve the right to refuse Saturday trial appointments (season dependent)

Generally no. Prices are for the application of services only. Once services are completed the styling team do not stay longer, but can for an hourly rate if confirmed with bridal concierge prior to the day.

Please note that confirmation of numbers must be made a minimum of 8 weeks prior for staffing allocations. Any further changes may incur an additional charge.

Please allow on average 45 minutes per service. As we work in teams, depending upon your numbers, multiple stylists can be allocated to ensure you are all ready in time for photographer arrival.

The day/evening prior please shampoo hair twice with one light condition, blow-dried normally, without the use of styling/straightening irons.

Yes of course! We can offer a complimentary Colour Bar consultation where our Colour experts can guide you in achieving your desired wedding hair colour. We can also assist with Keratin smoothing and our bridal concierge can also book in spray tanning, waxing, brows and even an enzyme facial/dermaplane service to have you and your bridal party red carpet ready for the big day!

We do recommend having a trial a few months prior to your wedding date to ensure the look you are envisioning can be brought to life. We allow one hour in salon for your trial appointment per service. Please bring along any inspo images/hair accessories to this appointment also.
